– Daily Prices

  • € 75,00 per night (2 people)
  • € 85,00 per night  (3 or 4 people)

Extra tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night, for the first 5 nights (children 0/12 years exempt from the tax).
Check in: from 4.00 pm to 6:30 pm (for other arrival times, to be agreed).
Check out: from 9.00 am  to 10.30 am
The daily rates include initial and final cleaning (except kitchenette), consumption of electricity and water supply linen for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.

NOTES

– Heating (required from November 1st to March 31st) is not included and will be calculated at the end of the stay according to current prices.

– Cleaning and arrangement of the kitchen to the customer (otherwise will be charged € 20.00).

– Safety deposit: € 100,00 per apartment (this should be paid in cash upon arrival and will be given back unless damages are caused to the property).

Cancellation PolicyIn case you need to cancel your reservation (or in case of no-show), your credit card will be charged 25% of the  total reservation cost. If you have already paid a 25% deposit, this will not be refunded.
